This blows my mind everytime I look at it. Mother Nature really threw some magic, and a little mayhem into this incredible mineral formation.

The sting in this bee's tail is it's geological composition... a combination of volcanic matter, anhydrite, hematite, sulfur and arsenic to name a few.

Luckily, in its polished form like these, the chemicals are inert! Safe!
 
In its raw form though, it's better to just look at it and not touch too much, and I recommend always washing your hands after handling, just to be safe 🐝🐝🐝
