SHIPPING POLICY
All orders will be shipped using Hermes, Royal Mail or Parcel Force 1-4 business days from purchase unless otherwise stated via a banner on the website. Please make sure the shipping address is error-free as refunds will not be issued to orders with incorrect address information.
International shipping is available starting from £10 and is based on weight. Taxes and tariffs set by the receiving country are the customer's responsibility. International orders may take up to 21 days based on customs. Please note due to higher volumes during the holidays it may take longer.
Return & Exchange Policy
Crystals are created by Mother Nature, and come from the earth, with no two exactly the same. With that in mind, I want you to be happy with your purchase. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receipt for items that are undamaged as received.
Shipping returned items back is the responsibility of the customer and only refunds for the items returned will be given.

DAMAGED ITEMS
I take great care when packaging your crystals to ensure the possibility of breakage is as low as possible. However, if your crystal arrives broken, I will of course offer to exchange it for another, give you store credit or refund you. Due to the nature of some of the more delicate natural crystals and mineral specimens, a little fall off is common, this does not constitute breakage or damage.
I will pay for return shipping of the broken crystal as it may be possible to use lapidary skills to reshape and repurpose it.
